Anyone with good experience at Tod’s online customer service? They seen so uncaring/ indifferent. I asked if they might possibly restock a particular item in the future and they only said click on notify me button on the item. There’s no “notify me” button on the item so idk how im supposed to get myself notified. Also tried to ask for a price match since the exact same item is currently on sale but i bought it only a few days ago and is still on return window. They wont consider a price match. I guess they just want me to return the item entirely then buy it again at the sale price. Ridiculous. It’s not my loss though as the shipping and returns are free. What a waste of resources.
