Tods Kate: Which shade of brown?

I'm thinking of getting the new Tods Kate bag with the adjustable straps, which Ozzysmom has. I'm looking for a brown bag and am deciding between the dark brown and the tan color. Which do you think is more practical?

I am leaning towards the dark brown simply because I think it would match with almost all colors of my clothes. I think the tan shade would look awful again a pink, yellow or light blue top, whereas the dark brown which is closer to black is more versatile. Please give me your opinions. Thanks.

I personally LOVE the dark brown. It has a lot of versatility and would definitely be really great for the fall.
