Today is my Birthday! Wanna see my present?

So I got my first Cartier piece about a couple of months ago, yellow gold wedding band. I had been telling my husband that I wanted to get another to stack. So he got me the pink gold wedding band for my birthday. I love it. The Cartier pink gold is so pretty and very subtle. Here are a couple of pics. I really want the cuff or the bracelet next. Excuse my fingers, they are swollen, I am nine months preggers.
