Prior to covid i went the office daily and carried a handbag and lunch bag.
My laptop lived at the office

now that i work from home, if i go to the office post-lockdown, it will be more Occassional.
I will need to carry my tablet with me as well as handbag and lunch

3 bags is a lot esp for someone my size but i do want to have my wallet and personal items separate from work things

what so others do?

My solution would be a neoprene cooler for lunch and a bag with 2 compartments so you can separate your own things from your work stuff. Put your cooler on top of the other things.
If you have very few personal items you want to carry a WOC is a good idea.

In my previous job, when I traveled to meet customers or to the other office I used my Boss Taylor that has 3 compartments. One I put my laptop in, the other one was for snacks and water bottle and the large compartment was for my own stuff. Sometimes I took breakfast or lunch with me and the cooler went right in my bag.
The few times when I went to the office during pandemic I usually had the Boss or a large bag (Coach Field tote 40 I'm looking at you!) with no compartments so I used pouches. A larger one for my things plus one for masks, one pouch for work things and a cooler for lunch.
