To score a Kelly25 or Lindy26

hi all,
I will be visiting London and Paris in June. I am very ambitious to score a Kelly 25 or Lindy 26.
I tried to email Hermes on my visit and ask them to suggest which boutique to have more stock to avoid disappointment. The person in charge was telling me that they (Hermes) no longer receive order online or phone. All items are selling in first come first serve.
In this case, I would need your help in sharing me some tips and suggestion on
1. which country is better chance to get my wishlist items? (Kelly 25 or Lindy 26)
2. If it is London, which location you have recommended good SA? And if it is Paris, which location you have recommended good SA?
3. I understand we need to queue for appointment. Do you have any boutique that has good SA and it is child friendly environment? As I am bringing along one kid, one toddler.
