To carrie or not to carrie

You are a great daughter! I don't own it but I have tried it on ALOT. I don't think it's heavy. Lighter and smaller than the Caroline. I think it would be fine for everyday as long as you don't get a delicate material. The black should be fine.

I love, love, LOVE black carrie.

I get a LOT of compliments from people whose compliments I really value when I wear this bag- it's classic, elegant, a medium large size (as opposed to Caroline, which is a LARGE large size), looks great as a shoulder bag or satchel, and the leather is soft, thick and scrumptious. I don't think it's heavy (but I do own a LOT of heavy bags), and I wear it as an every day bag. Hope this helps!

I own the Croc Embossed Carrie and I so not think she is too heavy at all. Of course it depends how much you carry in it but the bag empty is not heavy in my opinion.
