Tivoli PM straps: changed from rolled to flat?

I saw the flat strap version on the Japanese site and got pretty confused. I prefer the bag with rolled straps...since it's not a shoulder bag any way, it's not like the flat straps would make the bag any more comfortable! Plus, the rolled handles match the bag better.
