Hello ladies and gents!

I just recently purchased a Tivoli GM. Didn’t once think about the waviness of the zipper because of the extremely reasonable price considering the condition.
Now I’m wondering if this is normal. I had originally bought this bag when I lived in Dubai but don’t recall the zipper ever turning like this.

I would but I’m in Canada so I had to pay $128 in duties.

I wonder if it would be better with items in your bag? Does it still look like that when you put everything in?

I have one. I stuff with air paper to avoid that.
Try stuffing her with some air paper and see if that helps her get back in shape?

I sold my Tivoli for the same reason. The zipper became difficult to open.
