You are all so genuinely(sp) sweet and kind I hate to vent on you all.. Without a doubt you are the nicest group of women I have ever encountered. You all listen, adviae , help, hod a hand you are great. You have really aided me.
How do I put this. I have purchased some things, no a lot from one store. One SA I always deals with. Yet when the sale was on - no e-mail, no call, When The bag I have expressed interest was there no call. I think I wil give up on this group and search out other SA's. Sorry just kind of down and disappoiiiiinted. J

Did you express your disappointment, or surprise at not being warned about the sale? Maybe telling her this will make her understand you would like a tighter realtionship/ more devoted service?

I'm sorry to hear about what happened. I know how frustrating it can be. At this point, you have two choices: get another SA or stick with this one so you can wear him/her down since you have a history with them. I think some SAs take longer to warm up to the customers ...

I've switched SAs in couple of stores before, in all the instances it wasn't me who did the switching but rather the switching occurred because the original SA had to leave. I've learned that different SAs seem to have a different system of doing things and sometimes it's also dependent on the culture and atmosphere of the store itself.

Anyways, the bottom line is, it's your money and you have a right in deciding how best to approach this in order to make yourself happy. Good luck with what you decide to do, I'm sure a bag will come your way soon - I mean, it's still Jan after all.

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment with your SA. Certainly, if you are comfortable doing so, I would encourage you to speak up! Finding another SA is always a good alternative, though. I definitely believe if I am spending quite a lot of money, regardless of "who" I am, I should be treated well. Good luck & let us know what you decide! (BTW, your spelling is perfect!)

You could say "I really wish I was notified of the sale since I was in such a spending mood, oh well..."

How frustrating C!
I know that I have had both good and bad experiences at H boutiques. I now tend to call a boutique quite a ways away from my home with a nice SA than patronize the two boutiques near me. Such a disappointment!!
