We don’t have a Fendi in my city, so I’m going to look at a bag a Saks. I’ve never shopped there, what is it like? I have an appointment, hoping it’s a good time and I like the bag.

The level of service has been quite good there lately, at least where I shop in San Francisco. Have fun! 
When I go to these elegant department stores I just walk up to the counter and politely ask for the bag I want to see. It's never been a problem thankfully.
