Can someone please answer this (just in case I missed it along the way): Where is Tila's family? I notice that she goes to visit the 'perspective mates' families, but she doesn't mention much about her own.

^^I think she had a very conservative upbringing and wound up running away from home as a teen. It didn't sound like she was very close with her family?

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. New York brought her crazy mom on her show. It would be interesting to see Tila's parents. I don't think she has a good relationship with her them though (don't know about present but I'm sure things were not lovely at home because she was a "gangsta", was into drugs, ran away from home and her sister was a cokehead.). Apparently her song "Paralyzed" is about her mom.

^^^ Well, Sister Patterson is not really Tiffany Pollard's mom, she just plays 'New York's" mom on TV.

Maybe the next Tila show will feature some "family" for her, too.
