I have kinda an issue here. My sister asked me what I wanted for christmas, and I asked for a tiffany key, but she got me the wrong one. She lives on the East Coast, and I have everything but the gift receipt. Would I be able to exchange it for another key? I asked my sister for the gift receipt, but she said I can just walk in there and exchange it. I am not certain on this though.
Anyone else have any advice?

You'd probably be able to go in there and exchange it, especially since it's near the holidays and they are going to be used to requests like that.

30 days. They extend this under certain circumstances - this rule is not set in stone. If a piece is in saleable condition but they can't find your purchase in their system and you don't have a receipt, they'll likely accept a return.

I complained about the size of one ring I received five years ago and the salesman at T&CO offered to switch it out for a smaller size! I said no because it's sentimental. I kept it in perfect condition and shop regularly though, so not likely to happen to most people.
