I did a search and was unable to find any other threads about this style engagement ring that was launched in December 2009. But I did see some pictures from googling it. Does anyone have one or plan on getting this style? What are your impressions? TIA!

Hokaplan, I'm not sure but i think the embrace is the same as the Tiffany round brilliant w/ bead-set border. Comparing the picture from the Tiffany website and another post pic I think it is the same ring, different name. I find myself trying to decide between the Tiffany round brilliant w/ bead-set border and the Tiffany Legacy.

I found it! It is totally gorgeous. I've been off and on with diamonds for years. But my obsessions always favored watches and Cartier Love bracelets! Now those collections are complete and I've just returned to diamond education once again. I already have a 1.25 round that is not from Tiffanys. And boy, can I see the difference. I wore my ring into Tiffanys yesterday to compare. It was night and day! I could never go as high as a 2 carat. Depending on the setting, my range would have to be 1-1.5 which is about what I already have. The Tiffany is so much more beautiful though!

it's not the same ring. the bead set border has milgrain around the edges and does not have four prongs holding it. it's almost like a bezel but with milgrain. the embrace looks like a traditional halo.

I tried this on today and it's a gorgeous ring, one that I will consider upgrading to. I should have asked/tried this at the store but does anyone know if it sits flush with any of their diamond wedding bands?
