Haha, so within the past week I've been in and out of my local Tiffanys, likely driving the staff nuts. I've never returned anything I bought from there until this week, when I returned a pair of DBTY earrings I bought as I found them a bit uncomfortable. They were super gracious and refunded my debit card no problem, apologizing profusely that they didn't work for me. I felt bad, as they were lovely earrings, but couldn't justify keeping a pair of $1k earrings I found uncomfortable!
Fast forward to today. I was wearing a light cardigan and my platinum diamond heart bracelet got caught and snapped right off!!! I was horrified, and it has broken once before, although it was my fault and it got caught on another bracelet I was wearing. I took the bracelet in again, ready to pay to have it fixed. The same SA that had helped me the first time my bracelet broke was there, and told me that although these bracelets are sturdy, they are still dainty enough that they can break, no matter how careful you are and that since this was the second time, it could possibly happen again. She looked up the bracelet purchase and since it was only 2 months old she asked if I wanted to exchange it for something else. Soo, as much as I liked the bracelet, I couldn't keep up w the maintenance, and WITHOUT a receipt or anything, I was able to exchange my bracelet (which has broken!) for the mini bow necklace!!!
love tiffanys haha!! i know i could get the same quality cheaper somewhere else, but nobody beats them in customer service and the overall experience
