Tiffany sunglasses at Sam club?

I noticed that my local SAMs Cub had two different Syles of Tiffany sunglasses with the signature blue case. How can those legal? Do you think that these may be real. I believe they were selling for around $200.

I believe the are real. Tiffany Sunglasses are sold at other retailers like sunglass hut and lenscrafters, ect. A few years ago I saw them at Costco but haven't seen them there in awhile. Maybe they cut ties with Costco after the lawsuit
