I have been eyeballing a Tiffany smile necklace and would love some feedback as I don’t have a Tiffany near me.
I have been looking at the small and the medium.
Does anyone have this necklace? I couldn’t find measurements of the length of the “smile” online.
I would appreciate any help, thank you!

I have the medium and the large. Looks like the medium is 1.75” and the large is 2.75”.

I really like the medium size. It’s the same length as the small, but has bigger diamonds, a larger total carat weight, and a more substantial chain. Whatever the price calculation was, the medium was more “worth it” in terms of the diamonds. The small/medium size fits really perfectly between the collarbones. You can also flip the pendant to the other side for an all-gold look. (I always tell myself that it’s a useful design, but I never actually end up showing the plain side. But the option exists.)

I notice with the large smile that it sits a bit shorter, since the pendant itself is so much longer, and seems more apt to move around my neck to the sides instead of staying centered. It also kinda pokes sometimes, but not in an uncomfortable way. I imagine this would probably still be the case for the extra large. But there are times when I’ve felt like maybe I should’ve bought the extra large smile, because it’s just very substantial looking.

Oh, one more thing. Last I remember, the small diamond smile doesn’t have jump rings for you to adjust the length. I find the smile to be a great layering piece, because it really helps to frame a smaller pendant when it lays longer. You could always buy an extender though, or service it to have the extra jump rings.

I don't have the measurements but here are some mod shots and some shots my SA sent over the other day.
This is the small size.
I was after the plain version because of how simple and understated it looks but he had to bring out the diamond version to spoil it for me haha...
The diamond version costs 2.8 times of the plain version and the total carat weight is only 0.10 carats.
I need to try again!23-04-05-18-05-55-714_deco.jpgIMG-20230402-WA0011.jpgIMG-20230402-WA0013.jpgIMG-20230402-WA0014.jpg

I have the Small in RG. Personally prefer this size over the mini or medium. I think it’s a great every day piece. Very simple but a lovely look to it. You can adjust this 16-18in. I have this on 18in in the photo.

It’s quite dainty so the small looks nice stacked but since it’s also a “wider” shape, I also like the look of it on alone.

Tiffany T line is probably my favorite collection of theirs :)

I was also considering the small size and ended up getting the large when I tried it in store.
I find it very easy to pair -- the longer length over turtlenecks and the shorter length sits nicely at the collarbone with button shirts. I liked the way it sits on the collarbone, which looks a little bit edgier than the small size, while still being very elegant and simple. It does shift around though, so I often find myself with a "crooked smile" on my neck.

I bought the small smile in rg over the weekend. No regrets at all. It stays in place most of the time and i can barely feel it when I'm wearing. For a few days after trying the small with diamonds I was in a dilemma over which to pick. Then I remembered what drew me to the small smile - its simplicity and elegance. The diamond is so pretty but a little too eye catching for casual wear, not to mention it costs almost 3 times with a total of 0.10 carats. Highly recommend the small smile.

I feel the same way, I love it! Thank you for your thoughts on the piece :)
