I am very disappointed that My Return to Tiffany Mini Bead Bracelet's string broke(?) again! This is the second time the same thing happened. I used it daily and shower with it could that be a reason why the string keeps snapping on me?

Is it too delicate for everyday use?

The first time it happened was when I was sitting down and suddenly I heard beads scattering. And just minutes ago, I was lying with my hand on top of me, only to see the beads fall in front of my eyes. I have the pearl version of the bracelet and it broke too. Maybe it is due to water/soap/shampoo combo that makes the string they use to hold the beads together crackle and crumble? Cos the bracelets have never been snagged nor tugged.

Grrrr. I will have to send it for repair again. After this, I will have to be extra careful and take it off dutifully.

Yes, getting the string wet over and over again will weaken it.
I know from experience that pearl necklaces/bracelets strung with thread will break if they get wet frequently.
The T silver beads are strung on a thin chain, so that would be different.

If there's a bead store near you, they may have someone who could restring them on a plastic coated wire that would stand up to being worn 24/7.

Thank you so much for your advice. I would look into those stores rather than send it back to Tiffany as I wanted something sturdier.
