As a gift for HS graduation of a relative.
Is the price difference (£40 so approx $60) worth it?
-> is there a visible difference in the amount of sparkle
-> does the .03 sparkle "enough"
-> does the .05 look better when worn alone
... or should I just save my $$ and get the .03 :D ?
(and yes, the blue box is a must :p!)
Thank you in advance for any insight :smile1:.

Get the larger one, the difference in price is worth it.
Thanks, that's what I was thinking.
I was initially going to get the .03 (I figured since she's young the .03 would suffice for a bit of sparkle really) but when I saw the price difference it made me hesitate. I just wanted to be sure that I would be paying for a "visible" difference (since they're both quite small), not just a number.

I personally wouldn't bother with the .03 at all unless you were after something really dainty. I have the .10 tcw DBTY earrings in yellow gold, the .08 yellow gold DBTY bracelet, and the .10 rose gold DBTY pendant, so I have a decent visual conception.

The 925 bezel is thicker (as is the rose gold) than the yellow gold or platinum, so the diamond + bezel mm on the .05 silver DBTY should just about equal its yellow gold .08 counterpart. So yeah, .05
