I was hoping to get some advice regarding a ring resizing! I wear a Tiffany Novo Horizon ring as my wedding band and I've noticed it has been feeling much tighter in the summer months. I think it's a combination of aging/weight gain (and I now live in an area of the country with hotter and more humid summers). At the moment it fits reasonably well, but if I wear it to sleep my hand does swell up and it is difficult to remove.

I have an appointment for a cleaning next weekend at Tiffany and I'm leaning towards having it sized up 1/2 size. It's a rather delicate ring, though I've worn it for two years without any stones coming out.

Does anyone have any experience sizing a delicate piece through Tiffany? I love this ring dearly and I'd hate to have something bad happen to it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I dropped off an engagement ring om 10/15, called last week and they said it should be back by the end of the week, still haven't heard anything, hoping to be able to get it back this week. So nothing else to report back yet but it's been slower than I thought it would be.

Thanks. I am getting pretty annoyed at this point as I still have not heard from them. The Tiffany store is about an hour away from me and I have to go to that area for a different reason and was hoping to pick it up without having to make a separate drive. Looks like that may not be happening.

They can ship it all back you. I had my earrings repaired and they ship it back to me. I just looked at my service order email and I have a customer relation associate number 800-464-5000 , Mondays through Fridays, 9 am - 6pm EST or [email protected]

Thanks, they did offer this but I am not home during the day to be able to sign for it so it wouldn't work. I was able to get it back yesterday when I went into that area for a different reason. They claimed that they had called and left me a message but that wasn't correct. I have to stay pretty close to my phone due to work call, I had no missed calls or messages from them. But either way it's done.
