Hi everyone. Just wondering if anybody's had experience with Tiffany rewrapping an older piece after engraving and/or polishing it? I just found an old Tiffany heart key that I want to pass down to my younger member of the family and thought her first Tiffany experience should be special.

Hi! The best way to do this is to send it in for repair or cleaning. I don’t have a Tiffany near me, so I send in most of my items. They always come back with a brand new box, pouch and ribbon that is already tied up and nice and pretty.

When I have taken in items to a boutique for repair, the pickup is non-eventful and you just get your piece back.

It’s worth it to send it in. You get everything except for a bag.

Good luck!

PS. Rewrapping as in the whole shebang with the new pouch and box and ribbon etc

Yes, a family member did this with a lovely silver bracelet in order to make a present for a young person. She had it engraved with the recipient's name and date or occasion, and Tiffany polished the bracelet and wrapped it up with new materials and a bag. I'm sure they will work with you to make this happen.
