Can you return worldwide at tiffany? When I bought something in austria can I return it in germany?

It could be a different boutique within the country but you can’t return in a different country.

Dont think I've heard of any brands that let you return in a different country, exchange might be possible if faulty, why not return where you bought it?

I don't know Tiffany's policy on this. I suggest contacting their customer service from their website. Maybe the local branch will have some options to suggest.
