I have a ring from Tiffany that needs to be resized. The problem is the Tiffany hallmark is right on back of the ring where the resize would be and I'd like to preserve the hallmark/Tiffany stamp for resale purposes. If I had Tiffany do the repair for me, would they protect the hallmark or stamp a new one into the silver?
