They will do it and will most likely charge you a fee. Just go to them, tell them you got this sometime ago but you didn't wear it much because it is too long. Hopefully they will be able to waive the fee.

Everytime I have brought in my jewelry that I purchased there they have looked my name up in the system/ I don't mind paying a fee I just didn't want to buy a bracelet from a reseller and then not be able to have it adjusted to fit :)

I brought in a vintage piece to be shortened just a few weeks ago that I purchased second hand. No questions asked. And no questions asked when I brought in an earring without a back, asking to purchase a replacement. Amazingly, no charge for a set of rose gold earring backs. Tiffany is definitely scoring high in terms of customer service with me.

They are very good in customer service. I have a gorgeous charm bracelet and one of the charms' enamel rubbed off from my constant wear. They replaced it at the store level, no questions asked.

If you are willing to pay a fee, they will be able to take care of it for you. It is their product afterall. Tiffany's service is great overall, they will do their best to make their customers happy.
