Tiffany Knot Pendant

I’ve been eyeing this beauty an wonder if it would be practical and comfortable for everyday wear. Does anyone know if it’s okay to wear 24/7 (to wear while sleeping), and if the chain gets twisted or kinks? Does it poke? Also, how can you adjust the length? Any info and images you can share would be so helpful; I haven’t found much info around. Thank you!

Personally, I would not wear it to sleep. I have not bought anything from this line but by just looking at the ends of the knot that are not attached to the chain, it seems likes a high chance of poking. Not saying it'll be sharp or make you bleed but you'll probably feel it when it pokes you.

Online it says it's on a 15 - 17 inch chain. There are probably O rings for adjustment.
I have a Tiffany DBTY necklace that is 16 inches and my diamond sits right between my collarbones.
Therefore, I feel that the chain for this knot necklace is on the shorter end.

The best way for you would be to try it on at a store if there is one near you.

Looks like it would be a NIGHTMARE for knitwear just like my Cartier Juste un Clou was. Beautiful design, but I worry it would poke you or your clothing.

I do not own it but when I tried it on it felt like a very comfortable piece. And the pendant has enough weight and width I don't see it twisting and turning around. I'm not sure about sleeping with it but I think this is a great piece for every day wear.
