I recently received the two hearts pendant for my birthday, but i'm now torn between the two hearts or the double loving heart pendant!! can you guys please help me decide, i've been waiting to wear my very first tiffany necklace , but have to hold out since i'm stuck on whether or not to exchange it!

Also, do they charge for a longer chain? i got the 16 inch one, but i really like my necklaces to hang a bit lower since i feel like i have a rather thick neck so i'd like to exchange it for the 18 inch one, regardless of which one i decide on.

thank you!

I have the two hearts pendant and I love it. The loving heart is also beautiful. I wouldn't know which one to pick.

And yes they do charge for a longer chain. It can't remember the price, but it's not that much more.

Oh, Congrats on your first Tiffany necklace!

Love the first one with the two hearts!! Classic, stylish, timeless... BUT at the same time: Tiffany's is Tiffany's - so really... no matter what you choose, you really can't go wrong - I've got a few Tiffany pieces, and they're just great - congrats on your first Tiffany necklace! :woohoo:
Re. longer chain: definitely a good idea - it's a great look regardless, and if you change your mind at a later date, it'll be easy to shorten it. Good luck!

Thank you guys for your help! After looking at the two hearts pendant a little more today, i have decided i really do like it, but i will be going to tiffany to exchange it for the longer chain! i'm so excited! :yahoo:

they do charge extra to have the chain extended... i just purchased the elsa peretti "j" pendant and it came with a 16in chain... i wanted 19in so they sent it to their new york headquarters to have it done... it takes about two weeks... idk if it normally takes two weeks or if its because i live in hawaii? oh and i paid an additional $17 to have it extended... free shipping

I had the chain on my med. bean lengthened (when I bought it I had it shortened, then I decided a couple years later to have it lengthened... can never make up my mind, lol). The process was easy, IIRC the customer service rep had several lengths of chain for me to try on so I could decide how long I wanted it. I was charged around $20 and it took less than a week. This was at Tiffany 5th Ave. in New York, where they are able to do a lot of easy repairs like that in-house. Most of my repairs take under a week when I drop off and pick up items at 5th ave. At other T&Co locations like in California repairs have been estimated at 2 wks + because they have to be sent out.

i personally like the second one, the one from paloma, something about her designs. It's a little more special and the first one just seems a little generic. kwim? but as others have said, lengthening does cost money and shortening doesn't (well, don't know if that's the case anymore).
