Sweet deal! You can't be mad at a $100 gift card. I love this design personally. The mini is quite a bit smaller and I think would look okay if you were very petite. It's size is comparable with this one if that's any help.

I'd go with the larger one.. and get a longer chain to go with it! I have something similar on a 16t inch and its much too short. 18 is a better length.

The mini is tiny! much much much too small. its about the size of your
pinky nail.
