It doesn't look like anything I've ever seen produced by Tiffanys either.

It looks to me like something they would make. Looks like rose cut diamond petals. I can't say for sure though. But Tiffany's has discontinued so many things it is hard to keep track.

This does look like a Tiffany's piece. I think it was still in production in the past decade.

This is the discontinued one I remember. It's a little different, but I imagine they have done many in a flower style.
