I have a few pairs of Tiffany eyeglasses, and one of the tiny screw fell off one of the frames and I can't find anything online as far as replacement screws or Tiffany-branded repair kits. Can anyone help, please?

I know you posted this awhile ago, so if you’ve gotten the glasses fixed it might not be of help, but you should be able to go to any optical shop/eye doctors office that sells Tiffany eyewear and get the screws replaced. I work in the optical field and have replaced/tighten screws in Tiffany glasses several times for patients.
So I have a pair of Tiffany sunglasses that I bought at sunglasses hut. Tiffany site doesn’t support them. I sat on them about 4 years ago, broke the hinge at the temple and gave up trying to get them fixed. I’ve since had some new information and was able to order some parts which wasn’t what I needed.
If you look at this pic on the left side there is a thin silver wire that goes in the temple/arm at the temple, it has the stone where the hinge is at. What is that piece and where can I order just that piece. I’ve got it all apart to fix just need that hinge piece that slides in there.
