Tiffany embrace half vs full eternity

Hi all,

I have been dreaming of pairing my Tiffany setting solitaire with Tiffany embrace.

My local Tiffany store doesn't have the full eternity though they only have the half eternity. Do you usually pair your Tiffany solitaire setting with the full or half eternity?

What are the pros and cons of getting full vs half eternity?

I pair mine with a half. I tried on the full and it’s not that comfortable. I would be too paranoid about wearing the full eternity thinking I may knock my ring and damage the diamonds. You can size the half eternity but you can’t with the full. Your finger may change in size down the road.

What size of the embrace is it? I am contemplating between the 3mm and 3.5mm width.

Half is definitely better. As you won't damage the diamonds under your finger which no one will see anyway. And with that price, you can size up the diamonds on the half.

Full. The whole point of an eternity is an endless band... I like the romance of it... one love, no beginning, no end, for an eternity.

Also, for a full eternity, people absolutely do see it when you talk and move your hands. Few people have a full eternity and I think the sparkle all around is gorgeous.

A half eternity is nothing more than just a diamond band. Nothing special and no romantic meaning as in a true eternity.

Full eternity bands are gorgeous!

I pair mine with a half. Why pay extra (double) for diamonds no one is going to see? That seems nuts to me!

Also as they are at the bottom, the setting has more chance of being damaged and the diamonds falling out. In addition, & as mentioned, the full eternity cannot be resized.
