Tiffany DBTY question.

Hi! I recently got the Tiffany .14 DBTY in platinum for my birthday. I'm wondering though, is it safe to sleep and shower in? The chain is really thin..I've fallen asleep with it on a couple times and it's been fine but should I just try not too? I'd rather just keep it on, but for $1k, I don't want it to break lol. Thanks!

I don't have the necklace, but I have the platinum bracelet; bought it 2 years ago and I have taken it off maybe 3 times? I think it's safe, but hopefully someone that has the necklace can help you out

I have the DBTY necklace and it is platinum and very strong. They are made very well.

I have a platinum necklace and I leave it on in the pool, shower, and sleep in it.

I've had the necklace now for two years and have never taken it off. Shower, pool, gym - it withstands everything and sparkles just as much!

It won't break while you sleep/shower with it on. But I'd suggest taking it off when you shower, so the metal stays shiny for longer.
