Does Tiffanys usually order your item and then you go pick it up? I thought they did but I can't really remember.

My mom wants something from there for her birthday so I want to make sure we go to the store and order it in time.

I would call ahead and check! they have pretty fast shipping if they don't have it in the shop for you.

If they don't have a piece in store they'll order it for you. Shipping is usually 2 day gratis. Then you choose whether you want it mailed directly or if you'll return to get it. Personally, if it's not a hassle, I'd return. I recently ordered a DBTY bracelet in platinum from the new Salt Lake store and had it shipped to my house. I ended up having to go back in store anyway because it came in the suede pouch instead of the dark blue box. (A really picky thing, I know!) if you pick it up in store you know you're getting immediate service.
