Tiffany bracelet sizing help?!

Hey everyone!

I'm soon buying the Tiffany & Co. Return to Tiffany Heart charm bracelet. I don't know if I should get the 7.5'' or the 8.'' My wrist is 7'' in circumfrence. I would go with the 8,'' but I'm trying to lose weight and don't want the bracelet to fall of when my wrists are smaller. Which one should I buy?

I'm actually going in a few days! The closest Tiffany's to me is almost 3 hours away, so I can't return it very easily if it's too small/too big
