Ok, so I have never owned a Tiffany piece, nor have I ever been in a store, so I am coming here. I have no store within 2 hours of me to run in and check out either :( I was browsing and found this bracelet that I adore, but was wondering if the beads are hollow. I wear my jewelry all the time and dont change out pieces, so I tend to be a little rough on everything and try to only buy sturdy pieces. If the beads are hollow, I am worried that I will dent them and ruin it. Advice please?? TIA!!

I've tried this on in sterling, and it seemed very sturdy. Don't know about gold, but I'm sure someone will come along that does. Good luck. I hope it works out with a Tiffany box :)

I believe the beads are hollow... I tried that bracelet on recently and it just didn't feel like they were solid. You may want to post this question in the Tiffany's thread that's a sticky... TylerDurden may know.

I have this bracelet and wore it for a few days in a row a few months ago. When I was doing some house work one day, the bracelet got caught on my closet door hinge and I didn't realize that it was caught until I tried to pull my arm away and in the process stretched the chain that holds the beads together. No beads were damaged but the chain seems longer than it once was and there are gaps between the beads now.

I own this bracelet in sterling, and I have worn it on and off for years. While the silver does get a little scratched--as silver is wont to do with normal wear--I haven't damaged it at all, and it has been through a lot with me. The beads are hollow, but the bracelet feels substantial. I think it's definitely sturdy.

Do you have the gold or silver? I know silver is a little stronger than the gold, so thats why Im asking. Also, does the gold scratch as badly as the silver does? Thank-you so much!

Wear it everyday for 3 years now, no dents. I just got the larger sized one, so excited.

Is it a gold chain that the beads are on? also, do you know if there is any kind of warranty to get the chain fixed or replaced??

I have the silver one that I've owned for 2-3 years, the beads are hollow and hold up incredibly well. Also worth nothing is that there was a style change approximately 2 years ago, I have the older style one with a single chain in the middle of the bracelet - my mom bought the bracelet after I did, and hers had two chains in the middle of the bracelet.
