today was really frustrating...each time I had something in my bag, it got kicked out. I was looking for leather, but, within what seemed to be 5 minutes time, everything I tried to get appeared to be sold out....I did try one more time and was able to get a canvas bag in the blue/cream/camello...would love some opinions on the canvas bags and what your thoughts are. I liked the contrasting cream on the inside (however, i'll have to put pens/pencils in a case so that the lining doesn't get messed up!) and the leather trim..

Anyways i have a veg tan, calf and a canvas. I love the canvas bc is squishy unlike the veg or really the calf. if that even makes sense? anyways i got it last launch and thought i wouldnt like it bc i wanted another veg tan but my feelings are completely oposite now due to the structure of the canvas. i was actually was trying to get the mini mini in canvas since i love it so much. but didnt get it oh well.

thanks so much for the info! I really wanted to get a leather one, but, that wasn't happening today, so, I was fortunate enough to get the canvas one. I love the look of it but really wanted to hear from someone who had seen/owned one...now I can't wait to get it!!! thanks!

I have a mini flamma canvas bag and I love it. It just seems so cute and fun. I think the only thing I don't like about it is that is seems to attract every little speck of hair/dust whatever. I have 2 cats and I can't seem to touch the bag without a piece of hair getting on it.
I do keep everything in pouches too so the inside doesn't get dirty too(but I do that in all my bags) Did you get the large one? That one has two pockets, something I REALLY wish the mini had. Hope you enjoy it!

I had pre ordered a navy canvas bucket with Moda operandi back last September and received it late March! It was worth the wait. This is trimmed in navy calfskin which is a bit more supple than the vegetable tanned leather. I love it but yes, definitely put pens/pencils in a case. I like that it's definitely less structured and softer than my camello/rosa bucket. The canvas is just as light as the vegetable tanned also in weight

I also love my mini royal bucket in canvas. I seem to use that the most (I have a large black royal bucket and a mini cammello rosa one too)! It's so easy to carry, to get stuff in and out and I am just not as worried about it. Enjoy your bag!

Mine was delivered today. Not sure I'm loving it. I really wanted one in leather and think I just got caught up in being able to finally get one that I took what I could get. I don't know if it's something that will grow on me or not so I'm just going to leave it in the closet and continue to look at it and see what happens.....

well, if you have enough budget you can have both canvas and leather. otherwise, i think you should get leather bucket bag not the canvas one as what you have been longing for is a leather bag.

watch bg, barneys and other stockists. Also, you can wait another three months and get your fav next time. there are still plenty of chances to get a leather bucket bag.

What color did you get? I can say I loved mine more as I wore it because it is just such an easy bag to carry and the royal blue is so gorgeous and fun. I saw a woman carrying a large size navy canvas bucket today and I thought it looked so great on her. But of course it's all just personal preference.

I got the navy with camello trim and cream interior. Hopefully it will grow on me...
