Thoughts on this brooch

Hello my lovely Purseforum friends.
I purchased this fabulous Chanel brooch last year and I absolutely adore it. Seen them worn on a denim jacket by upcloseandstylish and hluv202 and they are just spectacular. As a regular everyday woman though, do you think it’s too much? Would love your thoughts.

I personally wouldn’t buy it, but maybe try wearing it across the back?

I’m not good with Chanel brooches (Though I used t buy them) so I would suggest playing around with it and jumbling it. oftentimes, I find that the brooch, esp. Chanel ones, tend to wear me rather than the other way around.
Some Chanel jewelry separates the CHA and NEL; Maybe that could work for a regular everyday look? I prefer wearing mine on boucle rather than denim, but that’s just my personal quirk. Regardless, just experiment and have fun!
