Personally, I'd use it for the beach or something like that. Not that it's too big to carry for everyday, it's just too colorful.

Wow is the first thing that came into my head. The yellow is very lively. It can be a great everyday piece as long as the rest of your outfit isn't also loud.

Yep, too big and too loud for me. But I'd also consider using it as a beach bag, especially given the material.

nice as an overnight bag or beach bag. too loud for every day. maybe could be used as a work bag or school tote?

it's very nice as a beach bag but i wouldn't reccomend for "everyday" because it's so loud it'd be hard to match (unless you have a VERY VERY VERY neutral wardrobe).

I agree with everyone that said it would make a good beach bag. Though at first glance I thought 'where's the matching rain slicker?' lol! Honestly, I'm not a fan of it, I think it looks cheap ( I know Tory Burch is NOT cheap, but I think this bag looks it)

That's what came to my mind too. It looks a little cheap.
