I actually saw these on Larsa Pippen on The Real Housewives of Miami and thought they were really pretty. I very rarely wear earrings but when I do I like them to be bold. I thought these were bold but not distracting due to the color. They are by Jennifer Miller although I have seen similar ones by Ross Simons and Loren Jewels. I have long dark brown hair and olive skin. Let me know what you guys think. Yea or nay??

I tend to like to wear statement necklaces, rings, or bracelets and I think it starts to be too much to add in earrings as well other than studs which get lost in my hair. :smile1: When I am not wearing a necklace (depending on the outfit) then I sometimes like to wear a bold earring. Earrings are what I have the least of in my jewelry wardrobe but I have been seeing some really beautiful ones lately! They are $2750.00. Do you think that is too much??

It looks like she does crystal versions of earrings for about 275.00. Maybe do that instead? If you end up loving them soo much, pop for the diamond version. But they are probally commercial diamonds.

They are 12.4 total carat weight and the dimensions are 2.5 inches long by 1.5 inches wide. The similar ones on Ross Simons are $1496.00 and 7.25 total carat weight.

She does have some really cool crystal earrings that I may end up buying as well. I wish there were ones that were closer to this. For some reason, earrings are the one thing that I don't splurge on as a rule.

OK, that's a really big size, so I can understand the high price tag.

Sjunky has a point about seeing if you wear the cheaper version. I hate having buyer's remorse more than anything. It stops me from buying a lot of stuff!

Yeah I personally have bought things I have never worn. She knows this and sold for less. LOL.
I am looking at the website and they look the same as the crystal versions.
IMO, I would save the money for a classic peice.

I went on this Yurman kick. I was working a lot and buying peices where ever I flew to. I guess I hated my job and I was shopping to make me happy. Well I ended up with over 10k of Yurman that I never wore, am selling it off and I got nothing back for it. I made an expensive mistake and learned a lesson. I think....

I do love these earrings. I myself am an earring person because I often have my hair up and then I need earrings or I feel naked too. Whenever I have my hair down then I do a necklace especially with a lower cut dress and I add a bracelet to both versions. Crystal would be a nice option too if you find the styles you like.

12.4 TCW for $2750. seems low, I'm quessing the little diamonds are not that great. I think you'd have to see this earring IRL.
I love the look, though!
