Hi. I'm on the hunt for the extra mini coco handle in iridescent white from 20K but its been difficult to track down.....anyone seen this in boutiques? not interested in purchasing through a re-seller. also do you think this new mini size for the coco handle is better than the next size up? wondering if this new mini size is here to stay and whether they'll be more opportunities to purchase this in the future in case I can't get my hands on the iridescent white....

I am looking for one also! I think the size is perfect for petite ladies. I am only able to find the pink with pink Hw, but that pink looks too orangy for me. I was just about to post in the “help me find” thread and then I saw your post! I think you should go for it if you find the one you love.
Does anyone have any reference pictures of where it falls in the hip? I’m also curious to know if the bag can fit an iPhone max size
I could never pull the trigger on the mini coco handle (which is now called the small) because when I wore it on the shoulder, I found it jutted out from my hip too much. The coco handles are notorious for corner wear so you have to keep that in mind. I felt there would be more flattering bags out there. It reminds me of the LV Alma bb bag which I also declined buying.
The extra mini coco handle is a game changer as the strap drop is longer and because of its tiny size, it lays flatter. Most larger phones will not fit into the extra mini so that it something to consider. I hope that makes sense.

I feel like it's too small and similar to the WOC... To me, the small/ mini will stay but extra mini won't stay
I agree as I also think that the extra mini won’t stay. The extra mini looks very cute. Although I haven’t seen the extra mini in real life but it looks so small to me based on the pics. I even think it’s smaller than the WOC. I can put my iPhone Max in the WOC but I don’t think I can with the extra mini.
I love the 20K iridescent white/ivory CCH color too! I already have the so black mini so I wanted one more in small... When I saw the iridescent white/ivory small CCH posted from an IG seller recently I couldn’t resist and took the risk to order it. Just received it on Saturday! It was my first time ever buying a Chanel not directly from the boutiques. Since we were too late in the game for this gorgeous 20K color, I think you will be extremely lucky if you can find one in the boutique especially the mini or extra mini size.
I was so excited about this bag but for me the long strap looks odd with the style of the bag. It’s also too tiny for my phone. I also loathe the snap closure on many of them. I know velvet had a turnlock but the leather ones I’ve seen haven’t. Kinda disappointing...but I love the coco handle in the other sizes!
Somehow I didn’t realize it has a snap closure! That is a dealbreaker for me. It’s not a WOC.
I have the iridescent white regular mini and love it. The extra mini is super cute it just looked a little too small for me. Not sure if it fits phones. Would def be cute crossbody tho
I personally love the extra mini (aka new mini) size coco handle. It fits a decent amount but it does not fit an iPhone, this doesn't bother me though since I usually have my phone in my pocket. The crossbody strap is a big bonus for me (I'm 5'7) and is similar to the rectangle mini.
Here's a photo of my coco handle collection below for comparison. The black and turquoise are both the extra mini size and they do have a turn lock closure and removable straps unlike some models. Good luck in making your decision!

I've just bought the extra mini.. just when I thought I'm Done with CCH.
I ever owned.. the Small and the (older) mini..
And both didn't work out.
The Handle is too thin for Small.
And length is weird on me for both.
Had both.
Happily sold both.
But.. the Micro mini... or rather extra mini..
Was good for me.
I personally love the Mini Square..
And this extra Mini CCH.. fits the same as what I have in my Mini Square.
The length is same when worn on me.
The shape is almost similar.
The handle on micro mini didn't irritate me as compared to the other 2 sizes.
So yeah.
It's a great alternative to a mini Square which I prefer over a mini Rect.

the extra mini coco handle fits an iphone 12 pro but anything bigger won't fit. I think the look of the extra mini coco is just so cute....a great alternative to the classic mini flap and the price is still really reasonable relative to other Chanel bags.

I believe only the tone on tone lacquered hardware mini coco handles were snap closure and did not have a removable strap. Based on this unboxing from another TPFer:Beautiful collection. The new mini size definitely looks the best on my frame, but I am confused about which ones come with the turn lock versus the snap.
