I think there are mixed reactions. Some people love it, and hopefully they will chime in. I bought it once, and I didn't love it, so returned it. It is kind of a tall-ish, skinny bag, which isn't my favorite style. I found it awkward, and also didn't love the strap--it just didn't feel like it stayed on the shoulder well.

It's really well made and the leather is awesome, but I returned mine as well. The strap isn't long enough for crossbody, but is removable so you can use other straps with it. I just found it a bit too big for me crossbody and with no back pocket I didn't feel like fumbling with the opening every time I wanted to grab my phone. The inside set up is perfect for me so I am still tempted to buy another but have to keep reminding myself it won't work for me. If you like a medium sized bag and don't mind the opening I say go for it because the leather on these bags is :heart:

I ended up just getting it this morning, I read about the hang tag issues and will probably take it off until I find a longer chain. I was lucky enough to find a longer retail strap that is a great match!
With the new strap the length is much more crossbody friendly so I think I'll get alot of use out of this bag.
It's a great size for shopping and fall activities where you want to be hands free. I'll add a photo let me know what you all think!

I love the Page 27! I have the navy one like yours, and love the mix of pebbled leather and smooth on the sides and bottom. I also have a few of the tea rose rivet ones too. They’re a good size, easy to get into (for me), and the leather is great quality. I don’t mind the shorter shoulder strap, because it’s stays put on my shoulder and I’m not a huge fan of crossbody anyway.

Mixed feelings. Leather and hardware are good quality.
Strap is too short to wear crossbody, too long for shoulder bag imo. But you can use strap from other bags.
You have to open the turnlock, then open the flaps to reach items. I think it's a bit difficult to use it with one hand.
It comes with a few colors: black, white , oxblood, beige, navy. I already have these colors in my bag collection. So I didn't purchase Page.

I love the page 27! I have 2 oxblood and grey rivets. I think my oxblood is one of the best quality bags I own from Coach. The leather is particularly wonderful on that one. It feels more like a Fall bag for me so I’m excited to bring them out again as the style works really well for me.

Love the page 27 too. The shoulder strap stays on for me, perfect size for me, LOVE the leather. The only thing I would change is the inner pocket on the flap, I’d remove it. I only keep a few things in my bag so I like to drop stuff in the center, easy in and easy out and that inner pocket gets in the way because it’s so big.

I just received mine in the mail, a Page 27 in colorblock. The quality of this bag is amazing. The leather is really well made and feels soft and buttery to touch. The actual bag is a perfect size and carries my slim wallet, small coach wristlet I use to carry makeup, hair products, chargers, keys, mirror, large pack of gum, and whatever I need to bring that day. The strap is a bit thicker than a normal strap, so it sits comfortably on my shoulder without frequently sliding off. Also, I know people complain about the turn lock making it hard to go in and out, but I don’t have an issue. The hang tag chain is a bit short, so I went to my local coach outlet and they gave me a golden chain off of a normal hang tag - it looks a lot better and works better. I don’t think it will fall off, but I have to test it a bit longer. So far, it won’t budge. I think it’s a worthwhile bag for when you need to carry a lot more than a typical crossbody can carry (even though it can’t be carried crossbody).
