I’ve got a mm de neverfull which I use daily since I bought it 3 years ago. I have other more expensive bags but I love how carefree it is. I’m thinking of getting a mm mon monogram with my new initials.

Any cons to the bag? I was thinking of getting a white stripe but I’d guess it would get ruined!

I love mine and was extremely carefree with it and it held up well. I will say with the mon monograms the color portion seems to get scratched up a bit easily but it didn’t bother me since they were very minor marks. I got ivory edge stripes on mine and they look the same as the pink stripe in terms of looking clean

I’ve had one about 8 years and it’s always been my favorite. Downside is that if your initials change then you may no longer want to use the bag, which is what happened to me when I got divorced. So I sold it and my new husband just bought me a new one. But I’ve always gotten lots of compliments on it and it has always been my most useful and favorite bag.

Thank you! Great to know as I also am considering ivory.

One pro - I get a lot of compliments. I’m from a small town, no one knew it was available. The stripes are applied very well and I clean them with alcohol free wipes. One con - color transfer with dark jeans would be a concern. I’d pick your colors and rock that bag!
I’m living in Ireland and I’ve only ever seen one person with it! Where as DE everyone has one.

Beautiful, and pretty colors.

Could you tell me, please, what colors you used? Really pretty!

I love the mon mono! I really want a GM but not sure I really need it or would use it as I have 2 MM NF's. UGH. All these pretty pics are making me want one! Maybe a mon mono Speedy instead...

Not a fan. Maybe for luggage. Haven’t had initials on my belongings since I was a kid in elementary school. I also don’t understand advertising your initials to strangers? Just weird IMO. Luggage you are trying to identify while at the airport but your purse?

I love mine, especially how it makes the bag standout among the gazillion others out there ( real and counterfeit). However, I do have a couple of chips (5 years old). Crazy as this sounds, I found the perfect navy sharpie to hide one spot on my Marine stripe....but not as lucky with my chip on the ivorie stripe. Still...I don’t regret it!

Mine is the PM size and almost 2 years old. I chose violet and black and have no chipping or scratching at all. I adore my bag, and use it at least 3x a week. My vaccheta finally has a nice, even patina, and I am no longer scared about using it if it's raining. I cannot wait for it to darken like my vintage Speedy!

(To the person throwing shade on monogrammed initials, your aversion is just weird IMO. Why comment on a thread that is about monogramming at all? Lots of things are monogrammed and personalized, going back centuries. Who cares if strangers know your initials? What is it that they could possibly do with that information? Sounds paranoid to me...)
