Hi beautiful people! I would love your advice on how to get a replacement part for my earrings. I'd bought the interchangeable earrings from Cruise 2018, but lost the turnlock and one of the faces one night. I included a picture I found online, since I'm not doing the best job explaining the problem. I basically lost the stud part and one of the iridescent faces. I went by the Chanel store today and they said they could not fix it 
I'd love to hear from anyone with experience in this area. I'm wondering if a regular jeweler would be able to make these parts?
