So, this is a question for the ladies. I'm a male and am obsessed with the swagger bag. What do I do? Do I buy one and not care what people think? (Not that I really do anyway.) or, do I not because of how feminine it looks? I'm torn between two worlds right now but I absolutely love the bag. If men can get away with carrying birkin bags, I should be able to get away with the swagger. Right?

I don't see why not. Women carry pieces from the men's line all the time. Go for it, and anyone who doesn't like it can kiss your grits.
Out of curiosity, what color are you looking at?

Get it! The swagger is not a super feminine style by itself, so unless you are going with periwinkle or some other more delicate color (and by all means, get what you want) I don't think it will matter. That being said, I am a classic enabler when it comes to Coach...so there's that [emoji4]

I really like the navy croc in 37. But also the carryall in black/gold. Black matte isn't as feminine so I'm liking that, too as well as the black croc with gold. Decisions. [emoji79]

O I didn't see this thread. I was going to say that the black on black hw is less feminine looking if you like that one. But definitely choose what you love. :smile1:

I think you should buy the bag and wear it proudly. It's a great design! I've been carrying ginger/black CB for about a month straight, and it's SO functional (everything fits inside, and it somehow maintains its shape). It's also extremely sturdy. I also love the esthetic- again, the shape is perfection. I know, I know, enough enabling...

I just looked up the navy croc one. That looks quite unisex to me. Even the model in the picture is quite androgynous, and dressed in a pant suit.

Of course, I would support if you wanted to wear something very feminine too. But in this case, it def does not scream feminine to me.

I agree with everyone - wear what you like. If you love it, you'll rock it! If people don't like it, who cares? I've never really been into traditional gender roles, and life is way too short to live by someone else's fashion standards. :)

I agree with the posts above. If you love it, carry it -- and go for whatever color combination fits you and you feel shows off the bag best. The black on black is the most "masculine" but if you're into brighter colors or something louder, rock it.

As a man with a love for Coach's bags and craftsmanship, carry what you think looks cool. I carry the embossed Tatum Tote in black and constantly get compliments on it. It's about the way the bag makes you feel, not how others make you feel for carrying it.

I agree with ChevaliereNoir, women carry items from the men's line all the time, and I have a guy friend who has the Rory (from the Legacy line), which I think is more feminine looking than the Swagger, and he totally pulls it off! It's all about attitude, just own it! :)
