Hey guys ! I've had this tote for a few months but it's just been sitting in the dust bag in my closet. I love it because it's nautical looking but as for functional, I just don't see it being that. I am used to my hamilton, jet set zip top or selma which all have zips or closures and this tote only has the string clasp. I would be afraid everything would fall out. What would you use this bag for ? I was thinking of selling her if I'm not going to use her.

Small beach towel, sunglasses, lotion and book perhaps?
What if you used a purse organiser with a zip top inside it ( if such a thing exists?)
I doubt things would fall out unless you were swinging the tote like a lassoo above your head anyway, haha.

It is the medium size, but it seems large for me. I figured I would use it as a beach tote, just don't want it to get too dirty ! lolol But your right, I doubt anything will fall out unless I am swinging it ha

It looks like a LV Neverfull and I've never had anything ( knock on wood) fall out of my Neverfull.
I am thinking about getting a MK tote similar to the one you posted, but in the MK vanilla monogram or a solid color.
I agree that things would likely only fall out if you tossed the bag over your head.
Is there a zip pocket inside? Maybe you could put important items in the zip pocket if there is one?

I was thinking the same thing. I really like this purse, but it definitely shouts summer. It would be great for casual outdoor outings or vacations where you just need a purse to carry a book or tablet, maybe some snacks or some bottled water. I used to use my totes for carrying notebooks and books for school too.
I like the bag as beach/vacation bag. But if you are not using it for that, I would probably sell it rather than wear it a couple times and risk getting it dirty which will effect resale value
