...I texted a friend/sissy about the deletes at the outlets and she RAN and did a found order. She also had the coupon so she got 70/25!

Can you explain "found order" to me? I've been away from Coach for a couple of years, and although I was an outlet score freak back in the day, "found order" is an unfamiliar term to me. Thanks!

If there is an FP item at the outlet but not at your
store you can have them do a Found order. It's like the old charge send butbetter. It's done all at register
