Previously i had expressed my shopping experience with louis vuitton, which was great nonetheless the item i had bought was damaged...(My mistake of not looking closely enough) ...after 2 very miserably disappointing attempts...they have shipped my new(3rd one) Poche Toilette 26...which I had received today and it PeRfEcT...no crack/rips etc. (which the SA had acknowledged the previous ones i had sent back had serious defects with stitching/canvas)...Frankly I was surprised...that they were willing to exchange it even once since i bought while on vacation it San Diego and brought it back to my home state...(across the country)...the SA was very helpful...as for second time I spoke with them their "leather specialist"...well wasn't so special...however they were mostly approachable...better then on the east coast...(personal experience)...for future reference...i strongly encourage you to double check the item your purchasing...especially if you live 3000mi away. Be very friendly...make an impression with the SA (remembering the individual helps)...she had remembered me/my sale due to my European accent/attire...which had made the exchange process that much easier...from an acquaintance perspective? Should you have to exchange something, obiusly keep all the items that came along with the purchase...since i had to ship it back...I wrote a letter & took pictures...highlighting the problem areas...All this paid off...and yes...i am still a big fan...just a bit wiser.
