Thinking of buying a second Celine... Thoughts on nano Belt bag?

I own the luggage nano in smooth calfskin, black, which is definitely my favorite bag and daily choice, though I'm always a little sad to see newly added scratches on it, haha.

So now I'm considering adding a nano Belt to it, to give it a break, you know.
I'm quite limited when it comes to where to buy, I don't believe there are any stores in my area selling Celine (sigh), so I think the website will be my only option.

Anyway, I'd love to know how you guys feel about the nano Belt bag! And also about the colors it comes in. I was thinking of the light grey, or just grey, ones (never saw them in person, however). So I can change it up a bit (from...black...), without really venturing into the color realm - I found that every time I buy bags in bright colors I end up not wearing them.
If you own a belt bag (whatever color), and would like to share pictures, I'd absolutely love that too!

The bag is so sweet. I also love the color, but I'm sure I'd fret over getting it dirty on its first outing. But thank you, your video was super thorough and helpful.

Yes, for a moment there I thought I should maybe get the micro instead so I could fit more inside, but the truth is I don’t think bigger bags look that good on me! I own a Chanel one that has been sitting in my closet unworn (shame) because of size...So thank you for the feedback! :D

Do any of you also own the nano luggage? Do you find their size/how much volume they hold comparable?

I have the nano luggage as well. i think the luggage holds slightly more than what the belt can.

i have the nano belt and would definitely recommend it for the reasons mentioned above - it is compact, holds a ton, and yet is not heavy. Depending on my mood, I can go hands free by wearing it crossbody, or carry it by the top handle. I also like that it has a zip so my stuff are kept secured.

having said that, I would think twice about getting it in grey. Personally I think Celine's greys are slightly unpredictable. Some shades may look nice in photos, but have a warm undertone which makes the bag look slightly "yellow" (sorry the right word escaped me now). So you are thinking of getting it in grey, I would say it is safer to see the bag in person to see if you like it, and if it works with what you usually wear.

Oh, really? Hmm, thank you for pointing that out, I would have never considered such a thing.
I don’t have a Celine near me, unfortunately; the closest store would be in another state entirely, so there’s no chance right now of me seeing them in person, which gives me anxiety too haha

Do you think both greys available online have this problem? Or just the grey one (not the “light” grey)? I wish there was a taupe color available, like Celine has for the luggage.

Okay, scratch that, just saw they do have a light taupe color:

To be honest, I love the blue and green colors too, but I'm afraid they will end up sitting in the closet like all the others. I've heard people rave about the Celine burgundy, but I don't see it as an option for the nano.

I personally think that the "Grey" colour is not too cool and not to warm, it's a great neutral shade IMO. Also the Light Taupe is very neutral too. I don't like warm colours on me because I have a pretty cool/neutral tone in my skin so warm shades don't work for me. But both the colours are lovely and work with anything.

Your blog posts were SO helpful. Thank you for taking the time to go into so much detail. The only thing now is that I can definitely say that I would prefer to get my hands on the "older" version, which will be pretty impossible for me, haha. Shame. The differences are not loud and immediately visible/noticeable, but I wonder. Ugh, I annoy myself.

Thank you for the extra picture, I really think the taupe is lovely. Have you experienced any color transfer problems?

The Light Taupe is beautiful tbh. I only ever buy black bags and that was my first light colour bag, I kind of regret it the first few hours but when I started to wear it, I fell in love even more. It goes with everything, literally. It‘s like a black bag but not black.

I don‘t have any colour transfer on the bag yet, even though I mostly wear dark blue denim. I‘m really pleasantly surprised by the bag. But I did spray it with the Collonil Spray before using it, I do that with all my bags no matter what colour they are!
