Thin JUC warped/flipped/separated?

You twisted it the wrong way, it's an easy fix. I'd have them twist it back, but people here have corrected it themselves.

Ah thank you!!! It happened in my sleep so I really had no idea.

Now I’m just so torn on keeping it….totally possible there are micro scratches and they wouldn’t take it back anyway

Help! I bough the small JUC a week and a half ago and didn’t even wear it right away. After wearing it for 4 days this happened…..

Has anyone been successful returning it? I’m in the 30 day window but it’s obviously been worn…. I would ideally just like my money back but at this point would rather buy another love bracelet or the regular JUC then deal with this.

I was not rough with it but was not told at all that it was delicate. I have an appt at the boutique on the 16th but nervous what they are going to say.

It's alright, nothing to worry about. You can just flick the head of the nail to the other side of the pointed end and it'll be right as rain. It happened to me once when it got caught in a t-shirt (I was undressing in a rough manner )

And, yep any hairline scratches on the item are not eligible for a return iirc. But this issue is easily fixed. Try to twist it slowly and I'm sure it'll be fine. The metal is quite flexible and durable.

My small JUC got caught on something today and bent slightly out of shaped. Does anyone know how much it will be to repair at Cartier? I purchased it mid October 2022.

It’s not flipped. It got snagged on my sweater and pulled all the way and now it’s admittedly not horrible but the nail isn’t straight and aligned like it was before with the nail head. It looks slightly bent to one side

I think it’s flipped. It happened to me recently and it looked like that, very easy to flip back

It’s not warped. This looks like the nail end got naughty and moved to the opposite side of the nail head. You just need to deliberately move it back. Don’t worry it won’t break. Most of us experienced this.

I'm not sure what you mean, but it looks normal now imo. Before it was wider, with a gap.
