There was a thread here with a "Flower" engagment ring?? where?

Hi,

I'm trying to re-set one of my mom's stones...and I think it was one of MODS that had her engagment rings reset in a flower (LV looking motif). I've tried searching every different term possible but can't find it. Can anyone find me the thread or the name of the setting?
