Wise words from @seidokat as above. ;)

I'm a backpack fanatic. I enjoy being handsfree and a balanced weight on my back versus everything weighing down on one shoulder. When I travel, I need my water bottle with me and my cold weather essentials.

Sharing another backpack purchase from the Foulonne line; a new style that I had been eyeing since it launched. It is smaller than the original version I owned. It opens with one zipper at the top, has one deep zippered compartment within and another at the back. This is one feature I really appreciate as it is so useful to store valuables here. The straps are wider on this backpack which makes carrying it so comfortable. I like the buckles at the bottom; it's like a horseshoe.

I invite all of you to share your LC backpacks here. Will love to admire them.

I carried it today! Since the weather is unpredictable these days, I had my umbrella and my usual water bottle within. So lightweight. I have my transport pass in the back zippered compartment and so far, easy to retrieve.

I was tempted to get it in caramel originally but figured black will age better; plus the fact I will use it for travel as well. Black is the safest option amongst the four colours.

I’m so glad you finally got round to getting it!
Thank you for sharing my joy! I am happy to report that it's a breeze getting things in and out of the bag. The short handle is very useful in this aspect. I can hold it by the short handle and unzip the top. The thicker straps were more comfortable than the orignal and I hardly felt the backpack on me, despite visiting a museum and walking around the whole day. Most importantly, on my frame, I did not feel it looked too kid-ish.

It’s the perfect size and materials and the shoulder straps are super comfortable, you sometimes forget you have it on your back!
I'm sorry to hear that you hurt your tendon. I hope you are fully recovered by now. I was eyeing this very same backpack that you own. Yours in caramel is gorgeous! It's slightly bigger than the one I currently have. The light foulonne leather is exactly what appeals to me. You are so right in saying that it is almost not there.

Thank you for your kind thoughts. I had surgery right before Christmas and then 3 months of physical therapy and it’s back to normal. Nonetheless, I’m being careful with it, so the backpack has been a big help. I love yours! I may have to visit my local LC store to see it in person.

Truly! The right backpack is just so handy. I'm on vacay now and this backpack had been so handy. Usually I will use a small crossbody like the mini cuir with a backpack but this one had been proving to offer easy access so far. Even without a crossbody.
Yes, it's quite a bit larger than the classic Pliage backpack or the Cuir XS, so I imagine that it fits all of the things that are necessary for a fun day exploring, no additional crossbody necessary. Have a great holiday (in Japan?) :flowers:

Thank you! Spot on!
I'm in Hokkaido.
A beautiful part of a beautiful country, enjoy! Probably the best time of the year to visit, too, especially if you're not a fan of snow ;) Need to get around to seeing the place one day. Part of my family is originally from there; my aunt went every year pre-Covid, and she says that it's her favourite region of Japan.
