OMG!!! This is horrible!! What CC did you use? I always use AmEx because they really stand behind their customers. I was sent a pair of sunglasses from Chanel with crystals missing....they didn't want to give me a refund. AmEx stood behind me....got my refund!!!!! Keep us posted. Fight it with your CC company. This is just crappy customer service. I'm speechless!
